According to the customer’s special transport environment and strict requirements in Kenya, the Bhachu technical team carried out customized upgrades on the Bhachu 4 axle low bed trailer. The main beam of the Bhachu 4 axle low bed trailer adopts Q345B high-strength heavy-duty steel, processed with fully automatic submerged arc welding technology. The main beam is thickened, and double reinforcement has been added at the central and key stress points to ensure that under high-load conditions of 60 tons to 80 tons, it will not collapse or produce permanent deformation.

The Bhachu 4 axle low bed trailer adopts a 4-axle heavy-duty axle configuration (using top industry FUWA/BPW axles), combined with a high-strength mechanical suspension system and multi-leaf heavy-duty leaf springs. The 4-axle design effectively distributes axle loads more evenly across the trailer, fully complying with local Kenyan load regulations while significantly improving driving stability on uneven road conditions.

The Bhachu 4 axle low bed trailer features a unique gooseneck structure combined with an ultra-low deck design, effectively lowering the overall center of gravity. This not only makes loading and unloading heavy equipment safer and more convenient but also enhances passability when crossing bridges, height-restricted barriers, and tunnels.

Before shipment, the entire surface of the vehicle was sprayed with high-quality anti-rust wax. It was then fully wrapped with a heavy-duty waterproof green tarpaulin, tightly secured with high-strength fastening ropes in a crisscross net structure, completely isolating the chassis and paint surface from corrosive humid sea air.

In the factory workshop, technicians used large lifting equipment to precisely and scientifically stack three semi-trailers (as shown in workshop photos). Protective pads were placed at all contact points between vehicles, and professional steel cables and fasteners were used to lock the multiple units into one stable and secure transportation structure.
